Garden Landscape Team leader

Our well established landscape & maintenance business based in Essex for 15 years is always looking to expand so we are seeking a FULLY SKILLED hard landscape team leader.

Our projects include driveways, patios, decking & fencing among most other aspects of hard and soft landscaping. As well as our own design team we have have a great relationship working alongside several other recognised garden designers. We are also a proud member of the Association of professional landscapers.

The right candidate will have a proven experience and track record of producing high end, faultless workmanship, along with a good understanding of the industry.

The candidate will be leading each job and managing a team, so strong managerial and communication skills are a must, with willingness to teach on site. A full UK driving licence will also be essential.

Hard Landscaper

Skilled Landscaper wanted at Harlow Garden Services Limited

We are looking for a keen individual thats looking to hit the ground running but also learn and progress in the industry.

Someone that enjoys working as part of a team,is punctual and polite/helpful with our customers.

The work includes all aspects of hard landscaping, Paving, Decking, Fencing, driveways etc.

You will be working as part of a 3 person team.

We are looking for a candidate with a good level of experience in the industry and good all-round knowledge of day to day tasks on a Hard landscaping site.

Full driving license required.

Pay is determined on experience.

Reliability, adaptability and good time keeping is essential

General Labourer

We are always looking a giving beginners to the industry the chance of taking their first steps towards becoming a garden landscaper

Ideal candidates will be keen to learn, punctual, reliable and ready for some hard graft.

We pride ourselves on staff retention with some of our young starters flourishing into highly skilled tradespeople.

Grounds Maintenance and Planting Operative

The person wanted for this role will be joining an existing team to assist with gardening and all forms of grounds maintenance

The work is carried out in our vans, so you would just need to supply yourself, labour only.

• To work on a trial basis to start with
• Must be reliable, punctual and hard working.
• Qualifications and experience desirable but not essential.
• Full driving license essential.
• Own transport preferable.
• Pay depending on experience.

Duties will involve lawn mowing, strimming, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, planting.

Start times are 7.30 at our yard/office – with finish time variable between 4.30 – 5.00, depending on what and where the jobs are.
