Both ourselves and the clients were keen to tie in the old with the new when it came to material choice and design style.

We have accomplished this with such materials as composite decking with a natural finish, raised rendered walls with traditional planting, a flint gravel path with natural stone stepping stones and a newly laid lawn.

Another element to the garden is lighting. The decking in framed with LED lights, making it a usable space well into the evenings, while spotlights illuminate the architectural planting in the beds.
